I dunno if anyone else has this problem occasionally, but our guild mass recruits semi-frequently to try to get a larger number of core members, who will stay and support the guild. My thinking, is that since there are alot of people who act like assholes in guild and alliance chat, is that officers and guild leaders should have a "mute" option, that allows them to mute a member under thier jurusdiction for a set period of time. It would also be nice if you could grant normal members various masks, such as allow certain members to make announcements or host gvg's.

What do yall think?

Well lets see... Mute option... Abuse of that action? If people in your own guild are being assholes the wonderful option to kick someone was implemented for that specific reason. Masks are beyond pointless as they add nothing to the game. Leaders and officers make announcements. After all, there will always be a few childish ppl who will mess around and annoy the crap out've everyone by constantly changing the guild announcements.

As for the gvg hosting, thats a bit harsh. Anyone who desires to gvg should be allowed to set up a battle when a specific time is set up for it. Again, if ppl refuse to listen and do as they please its time to kick them from the guild.

We dont kick people first offense, but we do talk to them and do a quick investigation. It would be a good thing for first offenders.
